Laboratoire Central des Présures (L.C.P. ) produce natural rennets, for 60 years, according to the traditional manufacturing process.

Every kinds of commercialized rennets are produced by L.C.P. (simple rennet, extract of rennet , extract from concentrated rennet, special kinds at request of customers).

All our production feed the whole French and European cheese dairies.

L.C.P. also produce food grade calcium chloride solutions, intended for pasteurized milk used by cheese dairies, as well as in various applications.

We remain out right leader on this market.
